"Hotel is in the midst of renovations but double rooms/ beds are not large enough to share unless you were a toddler maybe. And at least one of the beds had a dip in it. So I guess… it was cool to sleep in a bed from when the hotel opened in the early 1900s but it was far from comfortable."

"The room was clean and all was in good repair. The location was close to Hot Springs (less than 15 minute drive), but on the shore of the lake, which was enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower had plenty of hot water. The only issues I had with the property were that there was no freezer in the fridge and the TV was a bit confusing to operate. Overall, it was a good place to stay at a fair price. If I were able,I would rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I stayed from April 10th to April 14th, and the room conditions were unacceptable. There were cockroaches in the room, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and the sound insulation was very poor. It was easy to hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms, making it difficult to rest. After checkout, I forgot my Apple charger (adapter and cable) in the room. I returned to the hotel the same day and again the following day...

"The rooms are clean and the deluxe double had comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet and dark. The patio is so relaxing. It is where we stayed most evenings. Everyone is so nice and helpful . We had a memorable and enjoyable experience in Hot Springs. Loved the pool and sitting and watching the boats on the lake. The resort is close to Bath House Row and shopping. Definitely would stay here the next time I visit Hot Springs."
