"Over all the park was nice however was extremely crowded at the bench and picnic area.. groups playing music overly loud. Was not peaceful. Biggest complaint was they didn’t have our room ready almost 1 hr after check in time.. Which was already a late check in compared to other places. So our check in pushed past 5pm."

"I have stayed here many times. But the last three times, the cleanliness has been getting worse. This past Labor Day weekend will probably be my last. Bathroom, sheets, floor, walls, blue sitting chair. Very Very Very Dirty. A lot of spiders throughout the room. I ultraviolet lighted the sheets, quilt, & bed spread. Spots were present in different areas on all items. All rooms should be thoroughly cleaned in all areas. No exceptions! I know it is hard to find good / excellent workers in this day...

I have seen for that type of hotel. Both the fitness room and the pool were more than adequate for my needs. I have traveled extensively and would book this hotel without a second thought."

"The house needs a lot of work, peeling paint , cracks in woodwork, mold at bottom of living room window, and light bulbs out everywhere. There is a very strong mildew odor. Host has 2 dehumidifiers running constantly which indicates a lot of moisture. It is a charming house that needs a major makeover."

"Nice clean space with room for everything we needed. Host was quick to always keep us up to date on our reservation, check in and check out.One minor issue was resolved immediately. Would stay here again although it's not fenced in on one side so luckily that was not an issue for us."

Once to ask for the WIFI details as it was not provided. And a second time to ask if there is a vacuum because there was some dog hair on the couch. It all went down from there.
