"Lovely, charming studio, very clean, in a great neighborhood. We didn't use the kitchen but had coffee maker and French press along with beans to make coffee. Nice amenities, eg shampoo, soft towels. Easy check in with code sent on day of check in. Easy street parking. I would recommend this place! "

"Great location! Close to just about everything! The only issue was not being able to connect to WIFI because of the host not remembering which network and the password. Would be useful to have it printed for guest somewhere in the property."

"We were in town for our son’s graduation from VCU and stayed at this property. Everything about the place and the experience with Mainstay was awesome.The place was super clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen nice and open and the wifi was super fast. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, friendly and close enough to walk to several restaurants in minutes. Communication with the property management team was easy. Any question I had was replied to in minutes and they happily met a request we made...

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, clean, and convenient to the interstate. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. It could use a new set of cookware, but we were able to cook 2 basic pasta meals with the pots and pans that were there. We loved being able to park our car securely behind the back gate. We also loved that our pup had a yard to roam without having to be leashed. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The River House at Claremont was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. I am a huge Gone With the Wind fan and this property brought you back to the South prior to the Civil War all we needed were ball gowns to make it really authentic. The house was well appointed with the necessaries (toilet paper, tissues, and toiltetries). In addition the kitchen pantry had salt, pepper, flour and other staples. The interior of the house is amazing with much of the furniture handmade by the owner...

"My husband and I were in town to watch the Dave Matthews Band for 2 nights. When searching for a place to stay, location to the venue and good eateries were a must. We walked into our apartment and it was a whole vibe in itself. Beautiful hardwood floors, decor was top notch, spacious and clean - it was like I was a part of the band staying in my own little suite because it sits above a music store too. Our apartment overlooked Broad st. It was fun to people watch while enjoying a glass of wine...

"My husband, daughter and I were in Richmond for our son’s graduation.The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. Really nice near by restaurants and a vintage market on the weekend. Definitely recommend!"

"We were in Ohio for our granddaughters graduation. It was a quick trip up but we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was exactly what we needed! It is a beautiful property that is beautifully appointed. It was exactly what we needed!!"

"My son and I stayed at the Cabin Tucked Away while we attended the NHRA Virginia Nationals at the Virginia Motor Speedway. The cabin provided the perfect getaway from the track - a nice quiet location away from the spectacle. Thank you!"

I've stayed in places in the past where the pictures "cleverly" make the space look better than it it. It was the opposite here!
