"It was great and relaxing. The pool are and jacuuzi was perfect and the pit. Just make sure to take some off or tiki torchs. Them skeeters were bad. We enjoyed it very much. The rain got us for satirday. I give this place a 10. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The house had so much character and was in our favorite part of Lubbock; Tech Terrace. Just blocks away from campus and blocks away from beautiful parks. The house was so cozy and clean and the hosts were quick-to-respond and friendly! When we come back to Lubbock next, we’re hoping to stay here again!"

"Home was close to Texas Tech which we needed since in town for Parents’ weekend. Everything we needed was available & plenty of rm to spread out plus son to fine visit!"

"We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. "

" Nice property, we enjoyed the stay"

"First of all the host was so nice, letting our yorkie stay as well. And the neighborhood was very nice, we all felt safe!! The house was so clean and big enough for all our family. The rooms were big and the restroom we perfect. I loved the bathtub. I would definitely go back. "

"This home was perfect for accomodating us while we packed up and moved our kids from TTU. The covered parking and long driveway gave us room to park our truck and trailer. The house was inviting and equipped with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling through Lubbock!"

"While in town visiting family for the holidays we quite enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and we appreciated the game room amenities as well. The kitchen is always a natural gathering spot during holidays, and this one does not disappoint. It had a dining table and den seating where everyone could spread out but still be close enough to enjoy our time together. The beds were comfy, lots of space to relax and enjoy family time. Would love to come back in warmer months and enjoy the...
