"Such a CLEAN, quiet, and cozy home!!! We felt right at home and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The neighborhood was super quiet and we never felt not safe! Even heard an ice cream truck in the distance, we live in the country and my son has never experienced that. Thank you for hosting us, if we are in the area again we will definitely book another stay with you!! "

"Captain Ron is absolutely the most wonderful host. It is an older boat with a retro 70s style! That is where the charm is for me! Any issues with being an older boat are way out-weighed by the charm of the boat, the beautiful natural area and a wonderful and interesting host! Sitting on the front of that boat, looking out across the water, the rest of the world melts away! I would say if you are a larger sized person, you would have difficulty getting up and down the stairs to the different...

"Overall this was a very desirable location and rental. Huge front and back yard, well decorated and smelled awesome when we walk in. Minor issues with microwave handle being broken on the bottom and uncleaned oven that created a lot of smoke when turned on. We cleaned as best we could to prepare dinner and carried on. I would recommend. "

"Stupendous is the word that I would use to describe this house and the accommodations. The house is lovely on a beautiful property; very scenic and cozy and relaxing. The rooms are large and comfortable and the house is great for gathering a family. I plan to return to the house again because it was so lovely and it accommodated my big family."

"Great little studio in a really nice neighborhood. The host was prompt in getting back to me to answer any questions I had. The location was convenient to all parts of the city. I'd recommend The Studio to a single person or couple who want a Richmond get away."

"Great location! Close to just about everything! The only issue was not being able to connect to WIFI because of the host not remembering which network and the password. Would be useful to have it printed for guest somewhere in the property."

"This place is awesome so much room and activities. Mostly adults stayed but it would be great with smaller children as well. Very nice pool they would enjoy. Great neighborhood and peaceful. Definitely would stay again. Host was very responsive as well. Thank you!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at your charming and cozy home. Very clean, decorated so cute, comfy bed, the towels were so soft and we loved the patio out back, so peaceful!David and Lisa were wonderful host and hostess…they took care of all our needs!Thank you and we will definitely be back!"

"Hotel excelente. Muito bem conservado. Funcionários cordiais. O único ponto é que o hotel é meio afastado dos principais pontos turísticos, mas fico muito próximo da rodovia, o que é bom para quem está em trânsito para outras localidades."
