"This Quality Inn needs to up their quality. Check in was fine, but when we exited the elevator we were met with a very warm muggy hallway. It was hot and humid outside and it felt as though a window was open. We entered our room and the room appeared clean enough. We went to turn down the AC only to find out the heat was on. While the AC worked, the carpet was soaking wet by the morning. The handle to the sink cold water fell off multiple times, but it did work. We were thankful...
