We didn’t hear back from the owner for about a week when we initially reached out (before the trip) but communication was quick and thorough every time after that....

"Very clean and very well stocked. Plenty of entertainment with a closet full of games, a pool table and especially a very nice shuffleboard. We lost Internet one day and contacted the owner Julie, who in turn contacted the local Internet provider. They arrived the next day, replaced the router and we had no further problems.
