"This is a very nice accommodation right on the lake. Not super luxurious but very comfortable. They had a moderately good breakfast in the morning. The staff was all very friendly, and helpful. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The pool was nice. They got rid of the hot tub for some reason. They have a nice little area down by the lake with Adirondack chairs. Probably the best feature is that there’s a great Italian restaurant next-door with indoor and outdoor seating also right on the lake,...

"The room was not too clean. The shower had hair from other person. Food was in fridge and trash in trash can. The good thing is no bed bugs."

"Front desk clerk was very friendly. A mistake was made by issuing the wrong room, but she made it correct. The bathroom could have been cleaner and our room could have been more tidy. Not terrible, but noticeable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Parking was limited with many of the spaces reserved for electric vehicles only."

"So although it was a self check in bed and breakfast, they made it very simple. I loved the coffee bar and having cocktails available in the guest house while there. I did not get to enjoy the pool, but it was quite lovely. There several wonderful spaces to sit and enjoy the free breakfast tickets that we had were at an excellent restaurant just down the street."

"The air conditioner did work at a minimum. There's no water in the pool I doubt there's any water in there for years. This place was obviously used by people that live there by the week. I wouldn't send anybody there"

"Such a warm welcoming place. My second time to visit. This time for a birthday present for my mom. Our host left out birthday decorations, it made her day. She is a big Hobbit fan, so this was amazing to her. The house is so cozy and great for a great away in nature. We had everything we needed the accommodations we great, we were even given a golf cart to explore the property. I highly recommend the Hobbit House. "

The Heater didn’t work very well no matter what setting think it needs to be checked out before someone gets there and the heater isn’t working properly which it is now. "Tom was super great to communicate with in the location of this duplex is super cool. So much to see in the area with a short drive or walking around the asylum property. A beautiful field filled with pecan trees around the properties as well. The unit was updated, but still a little bit more needs to be done. Still a great experience overall though. "
