"Clean room"

"We were pleasantly surprised by this motel. The room was updated, large, clean and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The bed was comfy with more than just 2 pillows! The staff at check in were welcoming. We didnt partake in the free breakfast but it looked to be bagels and fruit. The parking is a little tight. Overall, we will definitely stay here again"

"Local agradavel para estar! A senhora da recepção muito simpática e solicita! Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar neste hotel , muito acolhedor!"

"While the rooms and the hotel still keeps their charm, the ONU Board has decided to close the bar AND the kitchen so there is ZERO Room Service or options for drinks after a long day. Considering they should be aware of the remote location of the school and hotel closing these services even on weekends the school has full events going on is a very dumb decision, not to mention they still market themselves as having room service available."

"Breakfast was excellent! Rooms clean and quiet! Staff very helpful!"

"The desk host made our stay perfect from the minute we arrived until the time we left. We arrived before check in and knew we couldn't use our room yet but we needed a place to change clothes. He offered an employee room for our convenience. He made us feel so welcome upon registering later in the day and every time we encountered him during our stay he had time to join us in friendly conversation. He even made sure to visit our table during breakfast the next morning to question how our...

"Everything was extremely nice. The bar/restaurant was fantastic. If I travel back to Finley again for work, I will definitely be back."

"Only one ice machine on the first floor. Indoor pool was very chilly. The door to room was very heavy."

"Room was great, easy check in. The chair in my room was very dirty from wear and tear though. I did inform the front desk and they were aware of it already"

"Hotel é muito bom, as instalações são ótimas e limpeza impecável. Só o café da manhã poderia ser um pouco mais variado. "

"Great staff support and food"

"What a different experience a year and a half later! I stayed at this hotel about a year and a half ago and rated it 10/10 at the time, so when I was passing through the area again, I decided to stay a second time. I was very disappointed! The concrete parking lot is not maintained and is crumbling and filled with pot holes. The carpet in the elevator was dirty, stained, and loose. Tile grout on the bathroom floor was black with filth. Shower tile grout was moldy; looked like it had not been...

"I was honestly surprised that this hotel had the support of Expedia/ on your list. I will no longer take for granted that a hotel isn’t sketchy because it is on/ endorsed by Expedia. I felt unsafe sleeping in my room, on the back side of the building, with only a door bolt, that sometimes was a struggle to get locked, with bushes that seemed to have some thing making noise in them. Cups were not in plastic sleeves. Towels were worn and of poor quality. The only reasons I didn’t immediately...
