"This was a lovely property! The outdoor spaces were delightful, and we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. The photographs accurately reflected the interior and exterior spaces, and the interior was comfortable and well-laid-out. We especially loved how light-filled the house was, and the walk-out level game and television room was definitely a bonus! The host was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage by the lake. The hosts were amazing – very welcoming and always responsive to our requests, including providing bed linens we hadn’t realized we needed to bring. We truly enjoyed using the kayaks, SUP boards, and pedal boat. It was a lovely and memorable holiday!"

"We had a great weekend getaway, the lake is right across the cottage, it’s a breathtaking view and staff was friendly and all the instructions were very simple to follow. We had a great time and would love to visit again"

"Love this listing, the house was clean and the water was so much fun! The hot tub is definitely a nice bonus perfect for relaxation after some lake fun! Definitely coming back! "

"I was very impressed with the setup and the decor of the apartment. It was very convenient to be steps away from the bridge and the main street. Was very grateful that it was pet-friendly. My dog was very comfortable. One thing I would recommend is to add a light in the walkway to the apartment. It was very uncomfortable to be alone walking between the two buildings in the dark. "

"We wre incredibly relaxed during the entire stay. No tight schedules to keep. Planned each day according to our moods. We are not hot tub people but its nice that its there for others. Nice fire pit as well. Unfortunately nights were hazy so star gazing was out, but not a drop of rain during the 4 days. Temps around 24⁰ each day. All in all a terrific get- away. Thank you Kate and Jon!"

"Awsome place to stay highly recommended they have everything you need and more. I definitely will book again for a stay with the family. Fire pit at nice was great watching the lake. Owner was great always in communication. Smart TVs in both units the kids enjoyed. Nice private tree lines separating properties 20 star rating "

"A beautiful spot to soak in a bit of Muskoka. Central to everything. Close to Huntsville and Algonquin Park, Lions Head lookout and Dwight Beach.Thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffees on the back porch taking in the view of the lake. The condo is well stocked. Clean and cozy.Hope to return again someday."

"Very comfortable for our family holiday with 4 adults, 1 pre-schooler & our dog. Clean & spacious, and very quiet. Easy to follow instructions to get there and for keypad entry; good room to park our SUV and hatchback; huge back yard; and safe street to walk up and down with our grandson & our pooch. And only a short drive from Santa's Village, where we took our grandson to meet Santa on his summer break. We enjoyed exploring a bit of Bracebridge too. "Our stay at Steve's cottage last week was nothing short of magical. The highlight, without a doubt, was the **absolutely spectacular sunset view over Penn Lake, right from the private dock. Winding down each evening watching the sky explode in color over the calm water was an unforgettable experience – a view truly rare to find and worth the trip alone!The lake itself felt alive and welcoming. "Cottage Binx hosted our two families for a cottage getaway. The cottage was nestled in the woods on the Muskoka river and provided great privacy. The cottage itself was very clean and perfectly accommodated our two families. Our host Tej was excellent in answering any questions we had during our stay, always responding within minutes. The cottage has kayaks, and the kids loved fishing on either the paddle boat or the aluminum rowboat. The fire pit area was awesome for a campfire and roasting...
