"When we arrived well past the 3 o'clock check in, we discovered that our rooms were not yet ready (after being told they were ready and after dragging our luggage up to the rooms.) We arrived at 5 o'clock (well past the earliest check-in time), we were given our keys and dragged our luggage up to the third floor. "The bathroom needs a major update. Gross. There was excrement around the toilet. Not clean at all. The drape did not fit the window and I had to seal with a bandaid. Won’t stay there again."
