"We stayed two nights, Room was better than expected, had more than two double beds , only thing I can say is they could use a better bar of soap and more than one, very comfortable beds, staff was great, not many of them which is fine,lobbyis beautiful and welcoming, breakfast was typical so no complaints and plenty of parking but we stayed during the week so not many people staying, very quiet property"

Large variety for breakfast and the breakfast areas and common use areas were very clean. Our room was clean and when our tv wouldn't work the person who fixed it was prompt and very friendly."

"We rented the room with the jetted tub in the second building. The instructions for starting the tub said there would be a decal on the tub, but there was no decal. We eventually found where the decal had previously been, but the button was difficult to operate. Even when we were able to get it started, the jets would only stay on for about a minute. After pressing the button several times, it stopped working altogether. The ice maker in the room also did not work. We mentioned all of these...

"This place was bad the lobby is very nice the first person that was there was kind. However the hot tub is very dirty sand and nasty on the bottom also not hot it was luke warm. Then we go to the room we rented a king bed suite with hot tub in the room. For my daughters birthday. Went into the room and found bugs all over we went to the front desk and asked for a refund. They kept trying to get us to switch rooms. I told them no I was not interested because if there were cockroaches in one room...

"It’s was a great place to stay while touring the college. There is a wonderful pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good. Our room was clean as was the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Beds are way to firm which I had backache and beds were too tall in height which we had to jump up. Breakfast was more like snacks not an actual breakfast. The rooms were very clean though."

"Unfortunately after checking in, discovered a bed bug and contacted Expedia for refund as there was no way we were staying there. The front office was already closed and Expedia hasn’t been able to get ahold of the hotel to get my money refunded. It’s been almost a week and no update on status. "DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION. When we arrived at the property there wasn't anybody to help us to check in. A sign on the locked door said to call a number, we called. The man gave us a room number to go in with the room key inside, no room security. We had several questions, but he could not help us. The room had cobwebs and marks on the walls, the don't think the bathroom was ever updated. The maid never showed up so we had to us the same towels from the previous day. Other guests needed...
