"Coffee maker didn't work Bathroom fan didn't work Air conditioner wasn't working very well on an extremely warm night"

"The room was a little dated with some trim around the floors in the bathroom showing a lot of aging and the refrigerator making very loud noise when it turned on. The front desk clerk was amazingly helpful and even called the room about 30 minutes after I checked in to ask if the room was OK and if I needed anything extra. Breakfast was good and the new coffee setup where the machine grinds the beans for each cup is much better than the old coffee makers in the rooms."

"Overall better than we expected for the price. Basic room but clean and nicer than expected. Nice staff and loved that there is no pet fee. There was no shampoo and conditioner provided but the staff at the front was able to give me some “conditioning shampoo.”"

"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was different every day not the same menu. Good locator the area. I felt very safe and secure."

"We requested a handicap access room. However none of these room have walk in showers. They only have tubs. The tubs should be removed at least for a proper ADA compliant type room."

"Very reasonable price. I've stayed here before and I always get a good night sleep. Big bathroom. Air conditioner works well. I'll be staying here again. Thank you."

"This is a great value. Much cheaper than the other hotels. Outside of town but close to the freeway, it was quiet and my room was fine. Microwave, refrigerator, and air conditioner worked great. Comfortable bed with clean linen. I'll stay here again."

"The host was so helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The house was a perfect blend of old and new and so comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Front desk very professional."

"Transients break into the rooms all the time because the room i got someone took a shower left the rag used. Coffee pot was used. And the bed the sheets were dirty. The bathroom is how they would get in. I hope they upgrade"

"Great place for large group! The owners communicated promptly and were available to help. I highly recommend!!"

"Starting with the house, wow! It was a beautiful property and literally anything you can possibly think of that you need, it’s already provided. There are also a lot of towels provided both for the bathroom and for the pool area, with some pool toys too! The location of the house is situated right next to the park where there is easy access to a playground and basketball court. It is also only a couple miles from downtown. An easy bike ride there. Communication with Jacob was so easy and he was...

"We had a wonderful stay! We booked this VRBO for the Fourth of July to get our two little dogs away from the fireworks, and it was exactly what we needed. We really appreciated that it's pet-friendly and that they welcomed us for just one night at a very fair price. Our girls were able to relax and sleep peacefully, and we're so grateful. Highly recommend!"
