"First off, this is a very romantic setting, and was a perfect spot to celebrate our 36th anniversary. "O ar condicionado estava muito sujo, o chuveiro entupido de sujeira tambem, não havia sinal de Wifi no quarto, não havia televisão no quarto, as cortinas não fechavam por completo as janelas de vidro e as pessoas de fora poderiam ver quem estava dentro do quarto, ficamos sem agua no chuveiro e torneira no ultimo dia de hospedagem, não havia telefone e recepção para comunicação. The air conditioner was very dirty, the shower was also clogged with grime, there was no Wi-Fi signal in the room, there was no television, the curtains did not completely cover the glass windows—allowing people outside to see into the room—and we were left without water in the shower and sink on our last day of our stay; furthermore, there was no telephone or reception desk available for communication."
