"We have come to this resort for 11 or 12 years. The prices have more than doubled and quality has gone down. Our Condo was old and outdated. Needed a deep cleaning. Bathroom door in master bedroom was a bifold closet door. No privacy and no lock. Dishwasher not secured to counter and counter broke. Bathroom faucet chipped. Had to have maintenance come out to get Internet and TV working. Won't be back unless it is Verbo ECT."

"Overall, it was too expensive for the property. The beach view and shower was the best thing about the room. The sliding glass door was so rusty it was hard to open and close. The AC was too small for the room. We had lunch and breakfast on site which was pretty good for the price."

"My room wasn't ready at check in due to a change in the cleaning company and we waited for hours. I was compensated 50.00 gift card and 4 passes to the fishing pier. Although I don't feel its adequate I do understand they tried. I was however very impressed when we walked in the room. It was newly renovated and nicer than any photos online. "This hotel is very run down. The TV in our room was broken but we were too tired to ask to switch rooms. It was quiet but my husband and I weren’t sure how clean everything was. The bathroom was very small and there was no soap dispenser in the shower. A three star rating implies a clean bed and a good night’s sleep. We skipped the breakfast."
