"Room was dusty, shower was not clean and the ceiling has water damage stains. When we tried to check out we waited for a long time by the front desk and nobody showed up to help us, we had to just leave the key cards on the desk. For their price you should definitely get better service and a decent clean room, not to mention basic free parking... Now I know Manhappyness has way better hotel options for a better price."

"I requested the staff to clean the room before we left for the day. When we returned , dirty towels were still on the floor, trash had not been emptied. No cleaning had been done. I had to ask for additional wash clothes."

"It was all good"

"Great location!"

"The place was clean, orderly, and all desk attendants were very attentive and helpful. The location is great; within walking distance to a wide range of restaurants and a famous retail store."

"Good stay"

"Great!"

"First - please get rid of the skeletons in the lobby area. It makes customers leary as they first walk in. I do appreciate that the supervisor fixed the room from two singles to one king size bed. It really needs some upgrading in the rooms."
