"The hotel was overcrowded, and their elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry three suitcases over 50 pounds each using the escalators. To make things worse, the front desk mocked me and showed no respect at all. "Ótima opção para hospedagem pré cruzeiro. Muito conveniente. Se não fosse a chuva, teria ido andando. Nada especial em relação às pessoas que atenderam. Não conheci a funcionária que é super elogiada nas outras avaliações. As instalações são bem cuidadas e o quarto é enorme! A janela tinha vista para a baía. Há ótimas opções de restaurante ao redor. O café da manhã oferece opções de fruta, cereais, pães, sucos, café, leite, muffins. "
