"Beautiful place, it is in a campground with many seasonal sites and we did have some trouble at the pool with some teens from those sites being careless near our smaller grandkids. We were able to talk to the District Manager about the uncleaness of the property and feel that those issues will be addressed. All in all, we had a great time there, close to all the attractions we traveled to Ohio and Kentucky to see and it was nice to have a place to "come home" to."

"Home was as listed and very quiet. Upstairs area was favorite part of home. We stayed here to visit the Ark and didn’t enjoy it. Wished we had just spent time at this house instead!"

"Don’t believe some of the negative reviews- this place is a gem! I was worried after reading past complaints, but our experience was fantastic! Some reviews mentioned wasps and hornets, but this is a cabin on 14 acres of rural land; outdoor insects are normal. It didn’t stop four women from enjoying the porch completely sting-free. The cabin is well-maintained, cozy, and rustic. It rained our entire trip, so we missed out on using the huge pool, but the host’s quick responses and helpful...

"Everything was as described. Nice and clean place to stay. Very convenient location for trips to the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and if you wanted to catch a Reds game like we did. Check in was flawless. We arrived late but there were instructions for check in and out. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again if we are ever in the area."

"Very family friendly, extremely clean and organized spaces. Host communicated quickly with any questions we had or concerns. Driveway, indoor stairs and hill to the dock are steep so we would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues or older age, however for our family it was totally accessible! We loved the access to kayaks at the dock! Fire ring and outdoor grill were used nightly when it got chilly!"

"From pictures, the room looked very nice and spacious. Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell and the room had a very dirty feel to it. The pull out couch was dirty, lopsided, and made loud creaky sounds. The pillows were extremely flat, the bed felt unclean… we probably wouldn’t stay here again. The pro is that the room was spacious for our family but overall the hotel could use updates and a deep clean."
