"This was a great little place for my husband and I to stay. Small, but enough space for both of us. We loved how close it was to Garden of the Gods, Pike's peak, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, etc. Property was very clean and had all the basics. "The house looked nice inside. The beds and seating were comfortable. There was trash left on the porch from the last people for both days of our stay. There were 2 towels for 6 people to use and the floors made our feet black from being dirty. Overall not bad for the price though. "

"The family went to Colorado for a week and had a awesome vacation. I highly recommend staying here. The place is very homey with everything you could possibly want. "The title of this listing was completely accurate! It is a serene and calm backyard surrounded by tall trees, greenery and wild life (some deer and wild turkeys). Was nice to enjoy the patio and we weren’t bothered at all by upstairs owners. Sounds were minimal. Beds were comfortable, clean and pillows were soft. We went to the zoo which was a 10 minute drive including the Broadmoor arena for an event. Great location altogether. Worked perfectly for my son and I. Thank you to our hosts!"
