"The room was not clean..spider webs and bugs coming in thru the 2 holes in the door. No room sevice ever happened and the body wash was empty right from the beginning. "

"The only person that was really helpful there was Carla which is a housekeeper there's no one working the front desk basically what it is it's a hub where conductors and engineers for the BNN Railroad Day there's no pool there's no breakfast the lighting is poor there's no one at the reception desk I had to wait 45 minutes I don't recommend this place at all"

"Clean room except sheets had yellow stains on them. Friendly front desk folks. A/C was running when we walked in which was nice because it was a really hot day. Traveled with our two dogs. Very well maintained property. Didn’t notice a designated pet area but we found some grassy areas to use. Property is very close to highway so be careful with pets when outside."

"Skip this place if you care about quality, but if you just want a place to sleep before continuing on your way the next morning, this place gets the job done without any drama."

"I loved the location of this historic building. I was there for an extended stay and felt so comfortable here. The room, although smaller, was perfect for my stay. Very comfortable bedding and always enough hot water. A movie theater, a dozen eating establishments, and many cute shops all within a 5 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "

There were lots of bugs, but that's to be expected this time of year when they're looking to hunker down for winter! We loved our stay and are looking forward to another visit!"
