"I liked that the property now allows dogs, but upon check-in, the staff person questioned whether my dog would be alright at the facility, despite the fact that the dog met all the criteria. I understand the concern about a 70 pound dog, but I wouldn't compromise anyone's safety. He did well in the room and was essentially quiet, until a staff person opened our dog while we were still there. The hotel is beautifully kept with very clean rooms. I did wish the breakfast had yogurt, but otherwise...

"We had reserved and paid for two rooms for two nights at this Hampton Inn about a month previously. When we arrived, the desk agent had trouble finding our reservations because the computer system was down. One was for a party who would be coming separately who later decided to stay elsewhere but came for the second night. Check in was slow, but we eventually got our rooms. The TV in our room curiously welcomed an unknown “Matthew,” but we ignored it. Later in the evening, around 10 pm. ...

"Unfortunately, the water heater broke and there was no hot water in the bldg. Most it would get was luke warm. Since it was the holiday weekend there was a delay in getting it fixed. We received a discount but most patrons left. And if we didn't have only one night left, we would have as well. Other than that it was a nice hotel."
