"This is our second year staying in this home while we attend an annual event of friends and family directly across the pond. It’s the perfect sanctuary at the end of the day. I absolutely LOVE this home- everything from coffee on the porch to the fully equipped kitchen and the extra cozy beds is wonderful! I run a VRBO property in Rhode Island and I am extra critical of other properties- this one however gets an A! The owners are also incredibly nice and easy to communicate with! "

"We had a great stay in the cabin. Me and my friends rented for a weekend to ski at Bretton Woods, and the location is excellent (5 minutes)! Very close and easy to arrive at. The Cabin space is good, there is a big shared room for 6-8 people on the top floor. The temperature inside the cabin on ground level was ok since the tiles floor make it colder. But upstairs was very cozy and warm to sleep! The bathroom was clean, spacious and the water temperature is excellent! Mandatory to bring...

"We were looking for a couple nights near Mt. Washington on our vacation to the northeast during the first part of June and stumbled across this hidden gem in Bretton Woods. This house in the private community sits at the bottom of a cul-de-sac right on the Ammonnoosuc River while still getting distant views of Mt. Washington and the northern presidential peaks. "My only complaint is from the listing I assumed I had rented a house but it was just the first floor. Not a big deal at all though very spacious and nice. "

"Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 "

"We've stayed in several cabins in the Mt Lakes District and this was by far the most comfortable cabin of them all. The kitchen was well-equipped, the central AC was very much needed for the few hot July days we had and the view was incredible. This is such a well-cared for home and we truly didn't want to leave. Don't hesitate to book this one as I can see this filling up fast! Thank you, Alex!!!"

"Beautiful place and wonderful area"

"Beautiful secluded cabin but with everything you need to enjoy the mountains and recharge. The porch provides hours of peace and enjoyment just watching the views. Kitchen has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable, and the fire pit area provides another hangout space. Can’t wait to return. "

"Perfect proximity to the trailheads for hikes at Franconia, and short distance to a few great local restaurants "

"The hotel is not as modern as it appears in the photos. it’s actually quite old and run down. Cleaning is only provided upon arrival during a six-day stay. Cleaning request not met. Elevator very slow."
