"The place is clean and well-maintained. We had issues with the washing machine breaking on the first night, but the property agent was on to it immediately to help resolve it, which was much appreciated. Only minor issues regarding the kitchen: it lacked sufficient pots, pans, bowls, and cutlery. The agent noted and said it would resolve. Also, the vacuum cleaner battery only lasts 2-3 minutes, and the mop was not really usable.Aside from these minor issues we were happy with the accommodation...

"Place was well located, extremely clean and functional. Only small issues which didn’t effect our stay too much was the hot water stopped working one day but the owner was very attentive to responding to our concern and immediately checked it out. There wasn’t much they could do to fix it. Then secondly the TV remote didn’t work properly but again not a major issue. Overall we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the response and coordination was outstanding"
