"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room had mold in the shower, dusty floors, and the vent was full of lint and debris. The hallway carpets were also noticeably dirty and looked like they needed a deep cleaning. The waterpark was the highlight - the kids had a great time! However, they seemed short-staffed, so not all of the attractions were open during our stay. Hubby and son got stuck on the raft slide luckily my 4yr old was willing to try it out...

"Our family stayed for two nights to visit the park. Since we were barely going to be in the room, the price point was amazing for the area. The room was clean, quite, and worked well for the four of us. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. Staying gave us early entry which we loved!"

"The rooms were visually nice and very clean, but the bedding was cheap/scratchy and the musty smell honestly made the room feel gross. The breakfast was subpar. If you are staying with an athlete for an event at the sports complex, I would pack food because the breakfast did not have adequate food to fuel an athlete. "Ótima opção para poucos dias. Ficamos 2 dias pois estávamos de passagem pela cidade e foi muito bom, simples e confortável, com um atendimento de primeira. "

Overall though it was clean, had a nice size refrigerator (even though we didn’t need it), and the pillows were nice. There was plenty of parking. The air conditioning was ok, not as cold as I would’ve liked, but that’s just personal preference. Others in the room thought it was cold enough for them. When we checked in around 11pm the gentleman at the...

"Great"

"Muito bom. Atendeu tranquilamente as expectativas."

"Beds were comfortable. Room was typical. Place is in a safe area. Staff was friendly and helpful.Room head some parts that have not been cleaned for a very long time. Shower didn’t work as it should, needs updating very bad. Example… Light fixture was rusty, lot of caulk missing next to the bathtub, pull handle on shower was very hard to use almost broken."

"Everything was great! The staff so helpful, the pool clean, and the room comfortable!"

"Great staff but loud because it is right by a train."
