"The property was clean and beautiful! The kids and I loved our sunset dinner overlooking the Bay on the patio of The Shoreline Bar & Grille. It was delicious with excellent service and prices! The outdoor Infiniti pool was breathtaking! We definitely made the right choice booking this gem!"

"The suite was large enough for our family of 5. The pullout bed was dirty with old sheets on it so we just closed it up and put bedsheets directly on the couch for a child to sleep on. Breakfast was great as always, staff friendly and hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and 15 min to Presque isle."

"Hotel currently under renovation. Breakfast was good and well stocked. I liked that they had the items on 2 different walls so never felt like you were waiting long. Pool was nice, gym was a little disappointing but not sure if that's due to the renovation or if that's how it always is. Lots of families there. "Other than the welcoming and helpful staff, our stay was totally disappointing. We reserved a king room which was very tight. The bathroom layout was particularly difficult to navigate. The toilet was low and the shower was a real squeeze. The hallways were not air conditioned and the carpets stained. The exercise room was also not airconditioned and felt like a sauna. Although we have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites in other locations, this one was HORRIBLE!! Never again!"
