"I didn’t have pleasant experience.Cleanliness was not good including in balcony Patio frame was broken .Some strange smells in the room.Mold in bathroom.Beds doesn’t seem comfortable as well"

"Staff were friendly. The location was great. The water park was fantastic, although looking a little run down. The room was a bit dusty and dirty in corners. The exercise room (3 pieces of equipment total, no weights) was non-functional, with one extremely loud treadmill, a bike that didn’t work and a bike with no seat."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Beach House. The manager was super helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfortable (although the pillows were not great). The weather was warm but not hot during our stay, and the room was comfortable. We loved being able to open the door and allow the breeze into the room. "We did not stay because the room smelled like mold, the carpet was still wet from cleaning, and the furniture was in bad shape. It did not make us feel like things were clean, so we went somewhere else."

"This was a surprise. The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. The view of the beach was wonderful. The s’mores kit when we arrived was great and extra added bonus having the fire pits on the beach for at night we use the Jacuzzi in the pool was wonderful. Will be back 10 out of 10."

"The hotel was ok. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was always hot and plentiful. The only thing about the hotel was it was extremely noisy. The air conditioner and the bathroom fan was like a freight train coming through. Other than that everything was good. I would stay there again."
