"This place is just the best!!!! Amazing to think it was a schoolhouse at one point. The beds were so comfortable! Close to things but still very quiet and private. And we loved having an equal number of bathrooms to bedrooms ratio. That is very difficult to find at properties. "

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Galena, IL. The home is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offering plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax. "I had a little trouble finding it at first (my fault), but everything was fine once I got in. It was like a secret hideaway right in the mix of Main Street. Well kept, well apportioned and very comfortable. We found perfect free weekend parking on Franklin Street, walked everywhere we needed to go and felt like we belonged."
