"We were attending a wedding 20 miles from hotel. They “offered” us a late check out so we could come back and change for the wedding. After we were 20 miles away we were informed by text that we would have to pay $50 for the extra 2 hours! We had to make a quick trip back to check out and get our belongings. If we were told this upfront it would have saved us this trip. After the initial offer for a FREE late check out, they should NOT have tried to get another $50 from us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!...

"Very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly. Great location. Older motel but don't let this keep you from staying here. Pet friendly and outside lots up perfectly when needed to walk the dogs before bedtime and early morning. Definitely will stay here again."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly. The facility was very clean and maintained. Located very close to amenities. We will definitely stay there again in the future."

"They charged me a $25 deposit that was not noted on Expedia total advertised charge."

"Everything we hoped for and exactly like described in the listing"

"I enjoyed the cabin and how peaceful it was. Will rent again. Thank you."

"The host was responsive and went above and beyond for us. The place was so clean! The beds were so comfortable! And the coffee next door was excellent. I have zero complaints and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area."

"The property is exactly what it shows but pictures don’t do it justice, it is so serene and absolutely beautiful. The host was attentive and kind. My sister told me to stay here (she’s a neighbor) and honestly so happy she sent me this link. I will be staying here every time my family and I are in town. The check-in process was seamless and the hot tub was chefs kiss, icing on top of the cake. The sheets were so clean and the bed so comfy. 10 out of 10 would recommend."

"The cabin was cute and clean, and the resident cats and dog were so sweet and friendly! Everyone working at the ranch was friendly, welcoming, and always available. We enjoyed the games in their basement/gameroom, and appreciated the proximity to Ava, while still being out in the country, giving us the country stay we were wanting to have. We loved that we were able to bring our cat along for the trip, and she seemed to enjoy the views from the cabin as much as we did. We will definitely...

"Our stay at this one-of-a-kind cabin in Ava, Missouri was nothing short of magical. From the moment we pulled up, we knew we were in for a special experience. The cabin itself is a masterpiece—perfectly blending rustic, cozy charm with all the modern amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated. The interior was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. We are already planning our next trip back!"

"The cabin was clean and so perfect. It was pet friendly which was nice since we were traveling with dogs. There was a playground on the property and my 5 year old loved it. I loved walking the property with my morning coffee. It was so peaceful and serene. I was greeted by 2 people telling me where my key was and that it was ready. We walked into the heat on and it was so warm and cozy. We all slept so good. We loved the cats and Oreo. We can’t wait to come back again soon! "

"I had a positive experience at the Village of Hope cabins on my visit. The host and staff are friendly and welcoming, answering any questions I had. The cabins were clean and well maintained, making the stay easy and enjoyable."
