"This was supposed to be a family vacation. After driving more than 9 hours with my children, I expected a clean, safe and prepared place. Instead, I experienced stress, tears and disappointment.
The front door was wide open. The door code did not work, and we accidentally found a physical key inside. We were never told a key was required.
