"Stayed here years ago for a work conference. Excited to go back. Found the property in terrible condition. All chairs in pool area broken, lots of stains and excessive wear. Hot tube sounded like it was on its last breath. Common areas in poor condition. Water park closed. Did not eat here. Check in was extremely long. No acknowledgement from staff. Great location but the place needs an overhaul."

No one likes a toilet seat that shifts. Shower was slippery and I almost fell as there was no mat. Hot tub was not hot. No towels in pool area. Restaurant attached has good food, but not fast. Its in a great location."

"Very new hotel, furnishings in room were tasteful and lovely. Aveda amenities in the bathroom is a first for this frequent traveler. Room was very spacious, large bathroom counter , sofa and bench for suitcases. Would definitely stay here again."

"Not worth the money. Needs to be cleaned. Obviously had not been vacuumed in a long time. Breakfast was terrible. Everything was empty. No juice, no muffins or bagels, no cups. Coffee was terrible. Just one cereal, 2% milk. Will never go back."

"The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend."

"Two of us stayed here for a gals' weekend in mid-March. Our stay happened to coincide with a snow storm (not unusual for the season in the area), and this was the perfect place to hang out and relax. The space was clean and comfortable, and the fireplace made it super cozy. (The fireplace is on a thermostat, so it's totally effortless!) The sturdy, folding table on wheels made the space nicely flexible. We could unfold it for meals and jigsaw puzzles or easily move it out of the way to roll out...
