"The listing lists the bathroom as part of the space, but it is shared. It also does not share that while there is no air conditioning (which fine, that is common in the mountains) there is also no fan or operable windows in the room. My room was 80 degrees when I arrived at 1 AM and there was nothing to be done about it. The hallway is also on an occupancy sensor that turns the hallway lights on and off all night, which shine into the rooms through windows above the doors. "

"Classic old mining town stay. The bar below is a staple in Rico and the accommodation transports you to those mining times, with wonderfully updated amenities. This is the second time we have stayed here, both times were easy, magical and comfortable. Cant wait to return! "

"This tiny house was situated on a cattle ranch. In the evenings we would hang out with the cows and enjoy the view of the nearby mountains. It was incredibly peaceful! Our dog loved the stay as well. The house had everything we needed. We used the grill one night which was a great option and we were close to Mesa Verde National Park."

"Awesome lil house lots of life was lived here and it made me feel right at home. The dining area is large and help when we had the whole family there for the reunion. Amazing sun sets from the back deck watching the deer run thru the huge field behind the house. Great location super close to town as well as the high way made it super easy to go to Moab for fun and back to the local recreation pool in town kids absolutely love it. "The property was perfect! Only regret was not booking a longer stay. Very comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. We booked the property to explore Mesa Verde.I short 25 min drive and we had endless opportunities to take in the beauty the area provides. Check in was quick easy and the property was clean and had everything we needed. Loved eating outside under the patio cover. We will be back! Dolores has some great shops so don't forget to check thm out!"

"Overall we had a great time. The only issue we had was one bedroom had windows that would not open so it got hot at night even with the fan on high. Other than that it was perfect. Even had an issue with water that they sent someone for quickly and offered to extend our checkout because it happened on the last day. I would 100% go back."
