"First room had a damaged door jam, room #106. 2nd room had blinds stuck open. 3rd room seemed fine, but later noticed toilet seat was bolted down in 1 place, instead of 2. Then, I wash my hands, but the hot and cold are reversed. I do a wash in the washing machine, but the lid is attached in only 1 place instead of 2. The dryer didn't take my quarters, so I had to rush to find a laundromat that was open. There were 3 outside doors that rejected my room key, even during the day, so people prop...

"They overbooked so I had to go in a smaller room that was smoking. I didn't even think they allowed smoking inside anymore. The room stunk so bad. Sucks that I had to still pay the same price."

"It’s an older property but has been renovated recently. Rooms clean and comfortable. Mattress may need updated. Some parking lot lights out. Had to park in last row in dark."

"They seemed really short staffed. I had to go to the front desk at least 3 different times because the bathroom didn't have enough washcloths or a blanket that didn't have spots on it. So I waited about a hour and went back to the front desk, thinking maybe they needed to wash some but he still said they had none gave me more hand towels and then found 1 more wash cloth. Luckily I do bring my own, so we had just enough. But was a bad smell upon entering the facility and aslo not well lit inside....

"The property was very clean, and the staff was very knowledgeable in what we needed. And very helpful in some of the places we asked to check out.Overall the stay was excellent"

"Clean property! Elevator little slow, wasn't happy no continental breakfast. No one told me thst I have to pay gor breakfast!"

"This was our first time staying at a Hilton Home 2 Suites and we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities, cleanliness, and space that we had in our room. Our kids loved the extra couch space which could be partitioned off with the curtain. Everyone loved the soap scents and I appreciated the cleanliness and newness of the bathrooms. We already plan to stay at this hotel anytime we are in the Columbus area and will continue to look for this hotel during future travels."

"Only gripe was they was no Continental breakfast served Sunday morning after our stay. Other than that every thing was awesome!"
