"First appearances of the property, it looked pretty well kept. When we went into our room, we found that the bathroom was not clean. There was urine around the toilet and on the toilet seat as well as hair in the drain of the bathtub. Our first problem was checking in the man at the desk did not have his glasses and so he had me come around and help him. Find my name and find a room that was available. The first key card he gave me was occupied, which is not a pleasant experience for the room...

"Breakfast bar was good. Both the pool and hot tub were out of order. Room was clean but cramped with very small bathroom."

"Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful. Hosts were friendly, attentive and easy to communicate with. Next time we go to Nebraska I am hopeful that we can stay here again."

"The little cottage in the lake was perfectly located and we had a great weekend. Lots of space so rain or shine you don’t feel like you are on top of each other. Really enjoyed the Kayaks and area the property is located for a nice relaxing weekend. Would highly recommend!"

"Nice beds and TVs in all 5 rooms. Large kitchen and great outdoor seating spaces. Cozy and family friendly. Nice location close to Johnson Lake State Park for fishing. A little bit of a walk to the beach to swim."
