"The first room we got was filthy dirty. It had about 6 inches of dust on the furniture and the bathroom toilet had pubic hairs and dried urine all over it. It also had an unpleasnt odor. We asked for another room and it was much better. Even that room has a lot of dust and there was toenails on the floor. I will say that the staff was very helpful in getting us in to the second room. "We had 8 men down from St Louis for a golf trip. The house was exactly as advertised and clean. Plenty of beds for everyone. Only 30-40 minutes away from several local courses. Katie was extremely responsive and I felt like I had an open line of communication with her the entire trip. She was genuinely concerned about our comfort and overall experience during our trip."
