"The room was not clean, cob webs with live spiders in one of the corners of the room, dead bugs in the light covers, dirt all around the tub and in the bathroom. Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. "We called to verify that they did not use fragrances, like sprays to mask smell before we came. We arrived and they started to redo the lobby area by changing the floor plan which you couldn't sit in the common area to sit and relax instead of staying in your room and painted and used glue for the wall paper. The pool was unavailable. The elevator button in the lobby was loose on the wall. Our room was directly above the lobby on the 2nd floor so the fumes came right up into our room. Over all...
