"Hotel staff was decent, bed was comfy. Had to switch rooms at 2am due to finding a cockroach, just to be switched to a less valuable room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a naked dude sleeping in bed. Got switched again to a room that didn’t have a fridge/freezer for my cold stuff, finally got upgraded to a jacuzzi room but tv did not work. Breakfast is a loaf of bread, cheap bagels and a toaster. Would not recommend this hotel."

The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests. Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. "O Hotel é muito bom e novo, mas as camareiras sao muito preguiçosas. Não fazem a cama direito, não lavam a louça - nem colocam na maquina o que é bem comum nos Home 2 que já ficamos. O primeiro quarto que nos deram tinha chwiro de comida estragada e ao reclamar, eles foram checar e trocaram nosso quarto. Vale a pena ficar pelo preço mas mantenha seu quarto limpo e organizado pois as camareiras não o farão. "

"We stayed there for a few days. Our first room had a broken bed, but we were relocated immediately to a new room. The breakfast was food, the room was very clean. The pillows were flatter than flat, but they worked. Seems like the walls in the bathroom might need some scrubbing and the shower bottoms must not have any support underneath because there’s a lot of creaking noises when you step in and move around. "I will not stay here if I had a choice I got a late arrival which I told the staff ahead of time but even though upon arrival the staff was very rude and condescending. She acted like I was not prepared for check-in and didn't it even have a reservation. The room was all right. The curtain was broke in the lights didn't work. The Continental breakfast basically consisted of coffee and maybe some sliced bread"
