"Bom atendimento, cafe da manha longe do que temos no Brasil, apartamento bom mas com cozinha microondas fogao mas nem um prato ou talher para hospedes e a limpeza precisa melhorar...a cama tinha cheiro de cigarro lencois e cobertas foi bem desagradavel isso."

We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. I can’t recommend this place enough—every amenity was thoughtfully planned and curated. Located close to restaurants you can walk to, but the restaurant/in room dining was delicious! "

"The view was nice. The building is vintage and has been transformed from a previous use, so the ceilings are high and it’s a little echo-y. The lobby just has room to check in and leave. Breakfast and staff are nice. "

"The staff at this hotel are great. They kept us informed and were polite the entire time. Check-in is rough, though. If you show up a little early, you're not getting in. I realize they are a busy hotel, but we'd been in the car for 7 hours and while the staff were very cordial, the policy seemed a bit too rigid. There was a point where plenty of guests were sitting in the lobby almost like at a doctor's appointment, waiting to be called for their room. Again, this isn't the fault of the staff....
