"Their checkin instructions did not say punch in 4 numbers then punch the check mark We sat in parking lot getting madder and madder before after nearly an hour someone texted us with the ✔️ symbol secret. The "do you need help phone numbers" was busy the entire time."

"The most lovely place to stay in Westcliffe, for sure! Thank you. I will stay again on my next trip up."

"We enjoyed our whole experience at their cabin!!!"

"This property was amazing! Perfect for our family of 5 to get away for a few days. The kids had a blast, it was incredibly clean, and Crystal was so helpful and friendly. We loved every part of our stay here and would recommend it to anyone!"

"Property was clean and peaceful, even when we had issues she was quick to address and fix them. We underestimated the heat and wish there was a portable air conditioner and the roads are rough but we made do with our mini van in dry conditions other than that everything else was perfect. Thank you again for your hospitality."

"Nice and cozy rooms. Owner very friendly and helpful The location is great walking to all events"

"What an amazing historical inn! Absolutely gorgeous with period furnishings and ambiance. The full size kitchen is so well stocked and supplied with any cooking or baking need a person could want. The checking was simple, the comfort and peace...unforgettable."

"The stairs were a challenge for my husband, but once up and in, we were very comfortable. The Festival makes all things great. Cheers, Ann"

"Great! As advertised. Open concept can sleep quite a few but no privacy."

"This was a very nice and clean property. We loved the location in downtown Westcliffe where we could walk to everything and even watch the parade from our front porch. The kitchen was very orderly and attractively decorated. The fireplace was inviting had we stayed in the winter I’m sure we would have enjoyed it. VRBO customer service and Lauren were absolutely outstanding when I had questions. Thank you!"

"Beautiful room, great town! We'll be staying there again!"

"Wonderful peaceful place! So many extras and little notes to make everything easy."

"The location was outstanding. Unfortunately, the property was a bit underwhelming. The price stated included use of a hot tub. The hot tub was removed from the property prior to our stay and only communicated after booking. There were other issues with the property such as failing hand rails on the deck, screws and other sharp objects found in the parking area/drive way, and there was not running hot water in the master bath for the tub. They have a new tankless water heater but it was...

"Very nice place and Bianca was a great host"

"This is a lovely property. It is very clean, spacious, and has ample space for games and meals as well as separate room for privacy. We had five adults from four different households and there was plenty of room for everyone and two dogs. I hope to visit again next year."

"Great hosts and location is great!"

"The property was great for us & our dogs. They enjoyed lounging on the deck while we had our morning tea.The room had great darkening curtains so the early morning sun didnt wake us up too early."
