We arrived at 5:30 pm, when check in started at 4 pm, our room wasn’t officially released to us until 5:55. There was not even an apology offered, until my husband brought up that this was quite unfortunate, being that we only had the room for a total of 20 hours, so we were missing out on quite a chunk of the time we paid for. "The location was great. There were roaches in the bathroom. The room was damp and smelled like mold/sout smell. Corners in bathroom were dirty. Carpet was not vacuumed."
