"The room was very nice and clean. It was much larger than expected. The free breakfast with the stay was better than most hotels. We didn’t like we had to wait exactly for check in without front desk checking to see if one was available, it was only an hour early. We understand rules but they could have checked. No big deal really. We enjoyed our time at the Kansas Crossing and our overall experience with the hotel was very good. "

"The gentleman who works there is so nice and helpful with suggestions on where to go to eat or to give directions. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that the tub is a little slippery. A bath mat would solve that problem. "

"My only hesitation in leaving such a glowing review is the fear it won’t be available the next time I’m in Fort Scott! This place is absolutely amazing. The host was fantastic, everything was spotless and the location couldn’t be better. I’ll definitely be staying here again ... fingers crossed it’s available! Five stars all the way!"
