The house is off-the-grid, but isn't lacking in modern comforts. We did have to go through unpaved roads to reach the property, but it wasn't too bad once we found a good path to get there! "The only issue was the 6+ miles of unpaved roads. Glad we took the vehicle we did because our other car would have shaken apart. Great views...especially at night! Almost no light contamination so could see Venus and Jupiter and the whole sky of stars."
