"Room floor was dirty had stains like something sticky was dropped. Also bed cover had a brown stain probably from the sticky on the floor. There was vomit at the back escalators. Staff was friendly but property was not kept clean."

I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly."
