"Bed was a pull out couch. Which may have been in the description and I missed it.. The “hot tub” was a bathtub with jets. Just not “as nice” as expected, but it was definitely worth it. The view and balcony on the shore, listening to the waves and having a fire going in the fireplace- it was perfect. "

"Very nice area very nice unit that we were in. We did have some poor communication. We ran out of toilet paper on the first day, and there was no more anywhere in our unit. A text was not returned. When I called, she wasn’t the friendliest person in the world, but said she would have some delivered. There was never anything delivered. And I wasn’t gonna call again, so we went out and bought our own. I have wrote since then, with no reply. Besides that, it was a very nice stay! "

"We've stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it but this time and the previous stay were not great because of issues with the tv in our room. We had to have someone come up and look at our tv because it kept dropping the signal from their internet, they use Roku sets and they had to show me how to reset everything each time they lost the internet. Pretty frustrating 🙁"

"I was a bit nervous about staying here after reading some other reviews. But when we got there, the lady at the front desk was super welcoming and friendly. Then we went to our room, number 106. I was really surprised at how clean it was, and it smelled so fresh. The room is a bit old-fashioned, but it was really cozy, and everything worked perfectly. The bed was soft and comfy. "Lake views"

"Staying at this hotel in the winter (off season) was not ideal. Too much snow, parking challenging, and hotel office closed. Room was fine, but no view of the lake. My room key didn’t work on my last day, so staff had to re-issue a new key. For winter, I recommend staying 7 miles north in town..Grand Marie…where there are more guests, better overall parking, access to businesses and customer service."
