"Nice full kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. You feel like you’re out in the middle of no where even though you’re not. The bath tub on the back porch is fun but the knob to turn on the water is not on the tub but on a wall behind a couch. Weird! It took me a while to figure that out LOL! There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom which was nice. They have detergent and fabric softener sheets available which was nice. It did take us 50 minutes to get to Pigeon...

"Easy to get to but definitely take the recommendation to arrive in daylight. Just driving up to the cabin, you could feel the weight lift off and peacefulness start slipping in. It was close to everything whether eat out or grab things from the Dollar General. It was extremely clean which is a major plus for us! The cabin is literally right on the creek. While sipping morning coffee on the back deck you can relax with the sight and sound of the moving water. Very serene. The hot tub is...

"Beautiful cabin in a secluded area of the Smoky Mountains. Great big balcony with hot tub. Very clean and cozy cabin that’s private. Highly recommend and will book again if in the area. "

"This was a family trip with preschool and grade school aged kids. The place was perfect for them. They swam 2 or 3 times daily and had s’mores at the fire pit at night. Also hit up the local state parks. I have no complaints. "

"A nice and clean place away from the crowds in Gatlinburg! The creek was a great place for my boy to play in!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin right off the river! We spent most of our time on the back patio playing games, down by the river, or in the hot tub. This was super peaceful! We loved that we could take our large dogs with us! Most places only allow small dogs. It was great that everyone plus the fury family members could come! Loved the locationl and the fact that we felt like we were the only one's out there. The river was full and flowing making soothing music to our relaxing...

"We were very pleased with the cabin. It was exactly as described. The indoor pool was a favorite for all, and the theater room paired with a popcorn machine was perfect for a movie night! It was a short drive to Gatlinburg. So, there was not any traffic in Cosby. Communication with the hosts was exceptional."

"Cabin is stocked and clean. The creek is right outside the back door. Property was easy to access. About a 30-40 minute drive to Gatlinburg. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay here again. "

This mobile home offers a great location for Appalachian and Smokies hiking, whitewater rafting, zip lining, and isn’t all too far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. While we were out of the house for the majority of the trip, it was truly the building block for new memories, new (and old) laughs, and a place to come together for quality time. "I’m sure the property is really great, but we booked the trip last minute and had rental car issues that made us miss out on our trip, which was non refundable. We do look for to coming there one day, hate we missed it, really needed it too."
