"We came to town for a baseball tournament. We had 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids) and this house was absolutely perfect for us! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. And bonus for the entire living space and play area downstairs for the kids! They also had a huge yard to play wiffle ball and basketball and the pool to swim in. The property was so beautiful. "The property was huge with plenty of room to move around. Tara was great to communicate with. She got back to me within minutes if I had any questions. It was nice to have so many bathrooms for our group. We enjoyed meals together at the big table upstairs. The AC kept up with the extreme heat and kept us all comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean and comfortable."

"Our stay at the studio apartment was very enjoyable. It was quaint and very tastefully done. It was quiet, and the perfect size for my husband and me. There were thoughtful amenities: water in the fridge, makeup towel, laundry detergent. The only rough spot could be the stairs outside for anyone who has difficulty with climbing a few stairs. But if you don’t have any issues, it is a great little venue and I would definitely stay a second time if I’m in the area again. "

"The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. "The property owner was kind and extremely responsive to inquiries. The house does not have a working washing machine which would have help out as we were in town for a baseball tournament. The location of the house was perfect for the venue of the games and access to dinning and entertainment. This is an older house that definitely needs some TLC. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this charming rental! The location was perfect for the occasion, the space was clean and decorated well, and you get much more privacy than you would think if you just looked at the front of the house. I lived in Cobb County for 13 years, but it’s been since 1998. I don’t recognize much, but I made it to my all time favorite restaurant, enjoyed a concert with friends I’ve known since the mid ‘80s, and watched my favorite band.
