"We had a great time. Everything you would expect from a Minnesota Cabin. The lake was nice and caught several nice fish...we put them back so they're still in there. Dog loved it. Too hot for the hot tub but looked well kept and perfect for cooler weather. We'd go back again. Friendly neighbors/people passing by on the lake. There was one restaurant about 15 minutes away. Brought a George Foreman and that worked out nice for cooking. There was a grill but never used it/looked at it....

"The cottage is perfectly suited to a couple's getaway, and the property is all about peace and quiet. Even when the weather was less than ideal, we relished the chance to catch up on our reading while enjoying coffee on the porch. The small lake is scenic and quiet, and this retired pair enjoyed using the kayak. We enjoyed the visit and would definitely come back. "

"We were in town for a family reunion on Fish Hook Lake, so the location was great! HWY 71 was a little loud in the evening as we were trying to get to bed with the windows open, but we managed. The owner had a great communication and was accommodating to our schedule. Very clean and everything we needed was there!"
