"The gravel outside of the cabin was large and uncomfortable to walk on for both human and dogs. We rented a cabin and found out once we got there that there was a curtain as the door to the bathroom, cabin was tiny and terribly lit, no chairs, picnic table OR fireplace of your own. We were expected to walk over the the more expensive cabins and try to share their 2 firepits. It stated kitchenette in cabins but once booked you find out you get a keurig under the TV. Staff were nice and rooms...

"The room was decent, about what I expected for the price. I booked this hotel bed on price and that it came with breakfast so I could a save money in going out. Unfortunately there's only 1 option for breakfast and anything else is a paid upgrade including kids breakfasts which are regularly half the price of the included breakfast. This was frustrating so on the second day I just ordered 2 of the included bacon and eggs, but of course there's also no substitutions not even for my young children...

"Lovely place. Tucked away in the mountains, close to plenty of fun hikes and wilderness adventures, as well as a pleasant little town full of rural Alberta charm. The cabin is closely adjacent to a couple other cabins so don't expect complete isolation, but that said, we never saw any of the other guests.
