"Tivemos no hotel uma excelente experiência. Chegamos ontem 15/7/25 as 21:30hs e fomos muito bem recebidos na recepção . "We had a blast staying here for a soccer tournament. When we had to cut our stay short, staff was extremely helpful. Kids loved the unique lobby with games and pool table. The breakfast was really decent and easy to navigate. Room was simple and clean, comfortable. Great for families! Excellent, friendly staff who all seemed happy to be working there which always says a lot about management. We will stay again, thank you!"

"They allow pets, which is fine, but not in the indoor pool! My granddaughter and great grandson were in the pool when the the people came in with the dog."

"There was a strong scent of cleaner or air freshener. Place is a bit run down, but it was priced well."

"Rude staff person when I checked in. Person who checked me out barely said two words and didn't ask how my stay was. THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING! Hot water in room was warm but not hot. Room was clean and comfortable."

"My granddaughter loved it, the rest of us not as much. It just seemed a lot of corners were cut and maybe they’re short staffed on cleaning crew. The tp was just on a rod on the wall & fell down all the time, there was flaking paint, stains on the sheets and the toilet was dirty or stained. The hvac did work well, the staff is nice and it was quiet. I’ve definitely stayed at worse places."

"The room and experience were great! Online checkin was a bit of challenge bc Expedia could not relay the messages from the hotel to me. A quick call to the hotel got what I needed. The room was super clean, convenient to what I needed and very cute. Would stay again, but likely would book direct."

"Front desk could have cared less about helping you. Morning person didn’t even attempt to help solve a problem for us. We had to wait 30 to get a cart to carry our luggage down because at 6 in the morning none were available. My husband is handicap and unable to carry our bags. She would not even get up from her chair to talk to me when I asked her for help Gentleman working kitchen said he would help me as soon as he completed some work that had to be done. I understand people use the carts...
