"My 1st time staying at a Tru...Definitely not disappointed. The room was VERY clean...bathroom was bright and had great amenities. The room was awesome..nice bed and had a mini fridge which was a great touch. Lots of charging ports. Definitely will stay at Tru again! Also the 0rice was very reasonable"

"The room was very clean - no issue there. The breakfast items were disgusting the second day we stayed. Eggs were cold and sausage looked terrible. Only 2 yogurts in frig and there was still over an hour left. Water wasn’t hot for tea. The area was clean but help was rarely available."

"The staff could not have been more helpful. The one elevator not working was a little inconvenient for us but very inconvenient for the housekeeping staff!"

"Almost none of the pictures of the interior are accurate or up to date. Needs lots of work to be a return trip for us. The staff seemed to be doing a decent job for what they had to work with. Gym was out of order,ice machine out of order,hot tub empty and caution taped. The pool was one thing that was working..Overall property condition average to poor at best."
