"The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! "

"We went to Richmond to attend a concert at the Allianz Amphitheater. Unfortunately, due to lightning in the area, our event was canceled. Since we were already in the city, we decided to stay, and had an amazing time in this home. There is a wonderful bakery on one corner of the street (Honey Baked Bee - amazing!!) and a nice diner/cafe/bar on the other corner (The Hill Cafe - get the Brussels Sprouts!!) "We had a fantastic here while in Richmond for my son's wedding. The location was convenient to all of our events downtown and in nearby areas.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. When we had a couple of small questions during our stay, Matt was quick to respond and incredibly helpful.This is a wonderful place to stay in Richmond, and we would absolutely book again."

"My partner and I visited the area to explore the VMFA. The property was well maintained and just as the photos on the listing portrayed. Our host even went grocery shopping for us which was a beautiful surprise. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We are definitely planning on visiting the area again due to our experience this weekend. "

"Lovely cottage with nice outdoor space. The place was very clean, comfortable, quiet and inviting. Easy communication with host and very convenient to The Mill at Fine Creek where we attended a wedding. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Great communication from owner! This is a lovely older home in a quiet neighborhood. The front fenced yard was perfect for our dog and the home's interior was super clean and inviting. We had 2 vehicles and were able to find street parking easily in front of home. We ate at the Mexican restaurant that was very close by (Amigos) and it was delicious. Also, very close to a Target & Kroger along with many other shops. I would definitely stay at this home again!"

"This place was fantastic! It was incredibly spacious, and even with three families staying there, we never felt cramped. The pool was wonderful, and the house itself was great and very accommodating."

"This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!"

"We needed a place close to my grandchildren, and this home did not disappoint. Very clean, with plenty of room inside and outdoors to host a family day and barbecue. Also, you do not feel like a renter, but as a guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body cream, toothpaste surprisingly provided! The owners are gracious and always available, if needed. We would love to make this rental our home away from home when visiting."
