"This property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. A great location in a beautiful neighborhood directly across from the train station that takes you into Philadelphia. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The host was communicative and very responsive when I had a question. "This is a delightful old farmhouse with two large modern bathrooms upstairs and half bath down. The house is full of nooks and crannies and 4 bedrooms. The staircase is steep and narrow but fine for our 70 year old party of 4. The back patio is lovely with a shade awning and plenty of seating for a larger party. Front porch also a good place to relax. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. Beds were all very comfortable (I’m picky) and the AC worked well.(I dislike being warm.) Allison...

"My main concern at our stay was the lack of cleanliness of the house overall, the entrance had outside dirt, dry leaves and cobwebs .The kitchen table and chairs still had dirt on them from the previous guests, the microwave and oven were not cleaned either with small crumbs of old food, and lots of finger prints on the doors. The refrigerator had food in it from the previous guests. The bathroom didn’t seem to be well cleaned either which I have notified the owner. The house was cozy."

"Quartos um pouco evelhecidos mas limpos. Boa comodidade e localização privilegiada. Uma coisa que existe no hotel e não conta na descrição é de lavanderia automática (de auto-serviço). Apesar de não contar com dispenser de sabão, acaba sendo muito prática para quem viagem com pouca bagagem/roupa. Custa apenas US$ 2,50 por lavagem ou secagem (preços de Julho/26) e está no último pavimento (andar de acesso piscina). Solicitamos um late-checkout e foram super prestativos (pois havia disponibilidade) e ofereceram inclusive guarda de malas até nosso próximo deslocamento. Recomendo o Hotel. voltaria a ficar!"
